Lucky Hand (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates luckyhandmahjong.com and our Shopify-powered store, checkout, and related shopping services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you browse, place an order, subscribe to emails, or contact us. It also explains the choices and rights you may have.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated automatically through cookies, tags, and similar technologies, and information supplied by Shopify, payment and delivery providers, and other service or advertising partners involved in the Services.

Process payments, fulfill and ship orders, handle returns, and provide customer support.
Maintain accounts and shopping preferences where those features are available.
Send order confirmations, shipment updates, and other messages about your purchases.
Send promotional emails when you subscribe or otherwise give the permission required by law.

Our relationship with Shopify

Shopify powers our commerce services and processes information to provide and improve those services. Our store also uses Shopify Network Intelligence and enhanced features that may combine information from interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to support personalization, advertising, and business improvement.

Email choices: unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or contact us to update your preference. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary messages about your orders, account, or privacy requests.

Retention, security, and international processing

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. The retention period depends on the information and its purpose.

No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. Please do not email full payment card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
