Shipping Policy

Lucky Hand ships Mahjong jewelry and accessories from New York. This policy explains order preparation, delivery options, and how to get help with your shipment.
Where we ship
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. Available delivery options depend on your address and are displayed at Shopify checkout. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, contact us before placing an order.
Order preparation
Our current standard dispatch timeframe is within two weeks of your order, unless a different timeframe is clearly stated for the item when you purchase it. This is the time to prepare and hand your order to the carrier; carrier transit time is additional. A preorder or special order may have a different dispatch timeframe, which will be communicated in its product or order details.
Shipping options and rates
- Standard: $8.00, with an estimated carrier transit time of 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Free standard shipping: available on eligible orders of $70.00 or more, as calculated at checkout.
- Express: $15.00, with an estimated carrier transit time of 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping speeds up carrier transit; it does not shorten the order preparation period. The shipping charge and applicable taxes shown at checkout are the amounts that apply to your purchase. Business days generally exclude weekends and carrier holidays.
Tracking and delivery estimates
Shipment details are provided when your order is dispatched. When tracking is available, use the tracking link in your shipment notification to follow the package. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, and other events can affect transit time.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.
Address changes and shipment problems
Check your delivery address before submitting your order. For a correction or cancellation request, email hudsonvalleymahj@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We may be unable to change an address or stop a package after dispatch.
If your package is delayed, appears lost, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and any available details. For damaged or incorrect items, keep the packaging and send photos if possible so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Returns and questions
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send a return to the dispatch address without receiving return instructions.
