Welcome to Lucky Hand. These Terms of Service govern your use of luckyhandmahjong.com and our Shopify-powered store, checkout, content, and shopping services (the “Services”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lucky Hand.

By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Eligibility and account information

To place an order, you must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction. A parent or guardian may purchase on behalf of a minor. Provide accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information. You must be authorized to use the payment method supplied. Keep any account credentials secure and contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

2. Products and availability

We sell Mahjong jewelry and accessories. Product details, prices, and availability are shown on the store. We aim to describe and photograph items accurately, but screen settings can affect how colors and details appear. We may update listings, limit quantities, or discontinue products. These statements do not limit your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

3. Orders and cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, a material listing error, or another lawful reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the canceled items as required by law.

Review your order before submitting it. Email hudsonvalleymahj@gmail.com promptly if you need a change or cancellation. We may be unable to change or stop an order once it has been dispatched. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, subject to statutory consumer rights.

4. Prices, payments, and promotions

The price, shipping charge, and applicable taxes displayed at checkout apply to your order. Unless stated otherwise, listed product prices do not include shipping or taxes. Any promotion or discount is subject to its stated conditions; where a promotion has specific terms, those terms control that promotion. We may correct errors and change prices for future purchases. We will contact you if a material error affects an order already placed.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from New York. Our current standard dispatch timeframe is within two weeks unless a different item-specific timeframe is stated when you purchase. Carrier transit time is additional, and express shipping does not shorten preparation time. Shipping rates, options, tracking, and shipment support are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will offer the delay or cancellation options required by law. Contact us about a lost, damaged, or incorrect shipment so we can investigate. These terms do not transfer away any delivery rights you have under applicable law.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request window, eligibility, return authorization, exclusions, exchanges, and refunds. Follow the return instructions provided by us before mailing an item. Applicable statutory rights take priority where they differ from our policy.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Lucky Hand, Shopify, and relevant providers collect, use, and share personal information. Certain information is also governed by the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Information used to operate commerce services may be processed by Shopify and providers in countries other than where you live.

8. Intellectual property and submitted content

The store’s branding, designs, photographs, text, and other content belong to Lucky Hand or their respective owners. You may use the Services for lawful personal shopping. You may not copy, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant Lucky Hand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content to operate, improve, and promote the Services. Do not include confidential information or another person’s private information without authorization.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services for unlawful activities, fraud, harassment, infringement, unsolicited advertising, or collecting other people’s information without permission. Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or security, impersonate another person, or bypass access restrictions. We may restrict access that violates these terms, subject to applicable law.

10. Third-party services and links

The Services may include links or tools supplied by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Review those terms before using them. A link does not by itself mean we endorse the provider or control its website.

11. Relationship with Shopify

Lucky Hand is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Lucky Hand. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Lucky Hand, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Lucky Hand.

12. Service availability and liability

We aim to keep the Services accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, online services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights concerning purchased goods.

13. Governing law and general terms

These terms are governed by the laws of New York and applicable United States federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the referenced policies govern your use of the Services and your purchases.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. We will provide additional notice when required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to an order already placed.
